THE BEST QUALITY FROM FARM TO CUP

At Light Rail, we believe that a good cup of coffee is not only the best way to start the day, but a great way to bring people together. This belief drives us to pay attention to the details of the coffee we serve. From where we source our beans and our micro-roasting process, to the methods we use to prepare a perfect cup, these details all add up to the best tasting coffee for you, our customer.

Light Rail Coffeé can be purchased by the bag or cup at our Village Café

RESPONSIBLY SOURCED

We purchase all of our green coffee beans through Café Imports, a company dedicated to responsibly sourcing single-origin beans. They partner directly with the farmers that grow the beans, creating long-term partnerships that ensure the farmers receive a fair price, and that add value to the farmer’s communities.

MICRO ROASTED

Quality coffee requires more than just high-quality beans. A flavorful and nuanced cup of coffee requires detailed precision during the roasting process. That is why all of our coffee is micro-roasted in house. Small batch micro-roasting allows us to dial in the roasting process based on how the beans were grown. This attention to detail ensures that every cup of coffee brings amazing flavor and freshness.
